Down the Holler


1 ½ oz. Sipes’ Straight Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz. Honey Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 Canned peach slices
1 thin Orange Peel, to garnish
Luxardo cherry, to garnish


  1. Muddle peach slices in mixing beaker.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients and ice; stir for eight seconds.
  3. Single strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Wrap thin orange peel around a Luxardo cherry; hold together with a pick. Drop into glass to garnish. Enjoy!
