Iced Irish Coffee

Smooth, mellow McCabe’s Irish Whiskey meets cold brew in this St. Patrick’s Day-perfect Iced Irish Coffee. Heavy cream and dark chocolate add a touch of decadence to the mix, creating a savory-worthy sipper for any time of day.


2 oz. McCabe’s Irish Whiskey
4 oz. Cold brew coffee, divided
1 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Heavy cream
Dark chocolate, to garnish


  1. Fill collins glass to rim with ice, and set aside.
  2. Add McCabe’s, simple syrup, and 2 ounces of cold brew to a bar shaker.
  3. Add ice, cover, and shake to chill.
  4. Single strain into prepared class.
  5. Add remaining cold brew to drink, being careful to leave enough room for cream.
  6. Float heavy cream on top, then grate or finely shave chocolate onto the cream to garnish, and serve.
