Double Oak Bourbon
This 28-barrel batch starts with a small batch of Sweet Mash Bourbon and then ages it a second time in new, charred American Oak barrels for over a year. The result is a Sweet Mash Bourbon with notes of sweet and balanced maple syrup and oak that quickly build to a delicious hint of smoke and tobacco that lingers on the palate before building to a spice-forward finish.

Around the same time Sweet Mash Bourbon was maturing, we landed on an incredible custom char and toast oak barrel combo to use in double oak whiskeys. This resulting, limited release, Double Oak Sweet Mash Bourbon is a whiskey we’ve been anxious to share with our fans.
