½ oz. Hot honey

1. Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
2. Add all liquid ingredients to an ice filled mixing beaker, and stir to chill.
3. Single strain into the prepared glass.
4. Skewer a hydrated lemon wheel and balance across the top of the glass to garnish, and serve.
